Abstract
The general objective of the article is to carry out a descriptive situational diagnosis in relation to virtual services in three national archives in Latin America in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. For which the cases of the national archives of Peru, Costa Rica and Brazil were taken; these three archives were considered because they have largely developed virtual services through their various broadcast platforms.
